Same deal as Round 1, just colorized (in limited Super Gameboy style), using more art and music resources from KOF '98, and making a few extremely minor improvements such as "Making" mode, where you take a character through a randomized tournament in which you learn new moves and gain experience and equippable items as you go.
Kinda fun but still a bit on the clunky side, the fighting engine is virtually unchanged from the previous game.
